Roadmap

A disciplined forward look. Implemented items are shipped; in-development items are real work; planned and experimental items are directional — and everything gets re-verified before status moves up.

Shipped Implemented

AreaWhat landed
EngineFilesystem ingestion, intelligence ledger, idempotent event fabric, knowledge graph, work queues.
CognitionLegal classification, research planning, authority store with provenance, council debate, strategy & war games, living matter.
Interfaces12-command CLI, 150+ route API, Matter Command Center, launching TUI.
GovernanceFail-closed privacy gates, hash-only audit, human approval surface, deterministic recovery.
Quality398/2 canonical regression suite, 146-combination API matrix with zero 5xx.

In flight In development

  • Verifiable provider onboarding.First-class workflow for proving external providers meet zero-data-retention requirements before any real matter uses them.
  • Interactive TUI test harness.Automated coverage for full interactive operations-console sessions, moving TUI from experimental to certified.
  • Real-matter onboarding tooling.Guided, conservative checklist tooling that exercises real matters only when privacy posture is verified.

Planned Planned

  • Multi-provider ZDR contracts.Automate the surfacing and re-verification of zero-data-retention contracts per provider; keep UNKNOWN honest until proven.
  • Deployment templates.Reference packaging for operators who want the application itself hosted — distinct from this static product site.
  • Runbook & incident tooling.Structured exposure/incident handling tied to the audit trail.

Experimental Experimental

  • Deeper autonomous drafts.Exploring richer drafting and human-review ergonomics — always gated, never autonomous action.
  • Cross-matter pattern learning.Reusing verified authority and strategy patterns across matters with provenance intact.

How status moves

Experimental → in development → implemented is driven by tests and verification, not by dates. A blocked item sitting on this roadmap is a fact, not a defect — and this site reports it that way.
